Happy Birthday, Carter!

Carter wanted to go play Laser Tag as a family for his gift this year. He was pumped for his first time playing. There was no one else there, just our family and we had a blast shooting eachother.

His code name was The C-Man.

Then today he had his party with his buddies and we went to the show to see "Where the Wild Things Are". It was an OK movie. But they all had fun.

Then his Grandma made him a Packer colored big cookie for our family party. (we thought about making him eat it outside;) We still haven't converted him to purple and yellow after 10 years of trying.

Miss Tori made him cupcakes that are delicious.

And a big breath to make a birthday wish!

Happy Birthday my sweet boy. We are beyond blessed to have you.

Streets of Bethlehem

Waiting in line, writing on the walls.
and tables, "What does Christmas mean to you?"

We were greeted by a camel. I think she likes Troy;)

The shepherds were so cool.

"Z" made the perfect Roman Guard.

Fine fabrics for sale

Tori looking gorgeous in the fabric they tried to sell her.

Doing the laundry on the rocks. (I'm thankful we don't have to do that anymore!)

The Inn was full. No room for a pregnant girl.

For unto us a child is born. Emmanuel, God with us.

Traveling back to 2009....

He came so that we may have life, only because of his great love.

It was noisy, smelly, and there was lots of people. A lot like the first Christmas, I imagine. So many missed the entry of the King. Praying you wouldn't miss him this Christmas.
Thanks AAC and the people who put this together, it was well done.
Blessings,
C

Our annual mini church white elephant party: My friend Kim sporting the "nice" brown leather vest from Troy.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
